Shay Raven has been an active member of the leather community for over a decade and brings more than twenty years of experience in kink and power exchange.

Shay's leadership is rooted in service, integrity and connection. She is founder of the House of Raven, a leather family established in 2023, and currently serves as Midwest Person of Leather 2025. In this role, Shay is dedicated to strengthening community through mentorship, education, and visibility.

Shay believes leather leadership is not defined by volume or performance, but by consistency, accountability, and presence. Her approach emphasizes listening, showing up with intention, and nurturing spaces where people feel seen, supported, and safe to life authentically.

A passionate educator, Shay develops classes that balance practical skill-building with thoughtful discussion, centering consent, protocol, power and legacy. Her teaching is accessible, experience-based, and ground in real-world application.

Outside of leather and kink, Shay is a devoted partner, parent and grandparent. her values remain constant across all spaces: patience, honesty, empathy, loyalty, and love. Shay is honored to serve the Midwest leather community and is committed to carrying this title with integrity, humility, and pride as she moves forward as an International Person of Leather Contestant.
